Remember those thick rubber stoppers which hovered over your Grandma's porcelain sink? They were attached to some silver colored hefty ball chain--I suppose the idea was that they would be kept from bouncing right out of one bowl into...another. At any rate, I had a fascination for them and used to move the large silver triangle (can we discuss my musical obsession?) which attached the two and I was always reminded of Calder mobiles and, naturally, this fable came to life in Sterling Silver here in my hand, as well as my heart's memory.
