I love my job! I get to imagine jewelry designs and then bring them to fruition. This is a piece of homage to two of my favorite designers--Coco Chanel and my late Mama, Terry Heil, my design mentors.
My love of Sterling Silver mixes with my love of fabrics and inspiring quotations--in this case, in the form of two unique variations --one in pink and black, the other in gunmetal finished brushed sterling with Black.
The particular pink I chose is meant to echo the color of the pink wax used in the model making of jewelry made with the lost wax method. Its a particular pink that I have loved and worked with for over 40 years and with black, against that shiny silver, it's extraordinarily beautiful.
The gunmetal and black create an entirely different vibe--both of which are unique ly stunning and nonbinary.
